Why Do Rescues Have Adoption Fees?
Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Red Road Rescue cover vaccination and medical prep costs for the pets.
Adoption Fees:

0-5 Months $200

5 Months - 2 Years $150

2 - 9 Years $150
- 9 Years and Above $50
Fees for Dogs with special needs will be determined based upon circumstances and may result in a fee reduction.
Adoption Inclusions:
Along with daily care costs, the adoption fees help Red Road Rescue cover vaccination and medical prep costs for the dogs. At adoption, Red Road Rescue dogs will be current on their vaccines and will have the following:
- Rabies (1 yr. or 3 yr.)
- Distemper (DHLPP or DHLPP-C)
- Bordetella
- Negative Heartworm, Lyme's, Anaplasmosis and Ehrlichiosis Test
- Altered - Females Spayed or Males Neutered
- Micro-chipped
